A rustic bed and breakfast nestled in a high mountain valley within the San Juan National Forest. Accommodations include tipis on the banks of the Rio Blanco. Continental breakfast of organic and local delicacies and 4:20 Happy Hour is included.
Accommodations include a tipi with two single beds, linens, table, lantern and a fire pan. Tipis can comfortably accommodate from 1 to 3 guests, depending on the arrangement. The campground in which the tipis are located includes a camp kitchen, outhouse and shower house.
The camp kitchen includes a large dining area, food prep station, propane stove and a barbecue, and is available to the guests all day and night. There is an outhouse with a composting toilet and a separate shower facility with solar bags. The campfire area is in the center of the grounds and a campfire is usually lit before breakfast and during the 4:20 Happy Hour, which is served daily between 4:20 and 6:20 p.m..

Nearby Pagosa Springs is home to the world’s deepest hot springs. There are multiple facilities in town for soaking, and some natural hot springs that can be accessed via local Forest Service trails… we can fill you in on the details. There are also a couple of dispensaries in town and plenty of restaurants, shopping and cultural activities.
